Try the famous Cauliflower cheese, cook cauliflower soup, fry some breaded cauliflower florets, use raw in salads or as a cauliflower rice!
Cauliflowers, together with broccoli, carrots, zucchini, squash, sweet potatoes, potatoes, peppers, and Brussels sprouts are some of the first vegetables suitable for young children.
We are always going for the biggest Cauliflowers available. Depending on season, they are medium to large sized. These are not the small ones you might know from the supermarkets.
Our cauliflowers are sourced from couple different growers in the Comber area. They are creamy-white firm ones with trimmed healthy leaves.
Outside of season we offer Cauliflowers from UK, Ireland or rest of Europe, always choosing the best ones available.
