Savoy cabbage is just a curlier form of a regular cabbage, with deep wavy ridges that are extra interesting to look at. These crunchy, curly greens have a deep green colour and are packed full of vitamins. These are best steamed or boiled and are delicious with melted butter and a pinch of salt as part of a main meal or on the side.
