In case you cancel your registration but still have active orders, we store your information up to a point your last order is delivered. If you chose to pay by card, you will need to provide card details on checkout. You will be charged immediately for the goods you ordered.

We do not store any of your card details on our system except for last 4 digits of your card and transaction id. We store it to be able to identify orders.

The rest of your payments details are stored by a third party card payment provider - Stripe. Stripe is a leading global online payment platform with top notch security features.

On delivery card payment
Our on delivery card payments are handled by a third party company, SumUp. You can read their privacy policy hear: https://sumup.co.uk/privacy/

SumUp card terminal accepts contactless payments or card payments using PIN.

We are only able to see last 4 digits of your card, transaction ID and type of card on our payment ap. The rest of your details are stored securely by SumUp.

Cookies
To provide a shopping basket feature and keeping your account auto-logged in we are using an internet browser feature called “cookie”. Cookies are files with information about your device so our website can identify you from other users. That allows our website to remember products you have put in your basket for a period of time, even if you leave and reopen the website.  It also saves you time by not having to enter login and password all the time.
