In order to use the service and make a purchase you need to create and account. You must provide your accurate details including name, full address including postcode and county, valid email and phone number. Should your details change, you need to update your information before making an order.
We do not require your payment details on account creation.
When you create a new account, you will be asked to create a password. To make a purchase and make changes to your account you will need to log in using your email and password. You will be responsible for all orders and activity made using your password. If you suspect or know that someone else is using your account you should let us know immediately and change your password.
If we notice unusual activity or misuse of our website, we may ask you to change your password, block or remove your account.
If you have auto-fill of passwords features active on your browser, you are liable for any orders and activity done under your password in case a third party gains access to your account. We advise not to use such features to safeguard your account from being accessed and used by someone else.
If you chose to pay by card, you will need to provide card details on checkout. You will be charged immediately for the goods you ordered.
We do not store any of your card details on our system except for last 4 digits of your card and transaction id. We store it to be able to identify orders. The rest of your payments details are stored by a third party card payment provider - Stripe. Stripe is a leading global online payment platform with top notch security features.
Product purchase and Postcode check
Type in Your postcode into the postcode checker field to find out if we deliver to your area. In case we don’t regularly serve your area, you will need to get in touch with us to arrange a delivery date. We will provide you with instruction on how to complete your shopping.
If you are in our delivery area, continue with shopping as described below.
To submit an order:
- Login using your email address and password.
- Browse through our product catalogue. For Your convenience products are grouped into categories. Click a category to display available products.
- To add a product to your order, click on a product you like, choose quantity, review the price and quantity and click “add to basket”.
- Keep browsing until you have chosen all the desired products.
- Click the basket icon
- Review the products in your order and their quantity. You can remove or increase the quantity at this stage.
• Select a delivery date from available options.
- Choose payment method. Card payment or cash on delivery
- Click proceed to payment
- Review your order, delivery and billing details.
- If delivery or billing details are incorrect click edit to change them. Click submit after you made changes.
- Add any relevant information regarding your order in the notes section
- Enter your card number, expiry date and your card security number below notes section
- Click PAY
- After your payment is successful there you will see an on screen notification. Also an email confirmation will be sent.
- After payment is complete, you will be unable to change your order.
We do our best to ensure availability of our products listed on the website. However, we bear no liability for unavailable products. In case product is not available we will offer a reasonable substitute. If you choose to reject the substitute, we can offer a refund or a partial refund in case a product is a part of a bundle. If you have not paid yet, we will not charge you for any unavailable products.
Incorrect or missing Products
Should we deliver incorrect products (such you have not ordered) or should we miss out on any products from your order we will not charge for those and will issue a refund if you have already paid. We will let you know if we will need to pick up incorrectly delivered products or not.
Our prices do change due to seasonal availability and will be updated on our website. Please review the prices as you place your order.
Ordering a product from us is an obligation to pay for it unless you let us know about changes or that you want to cancel 2 full days before your delivery is due. We reserve the right to deliver and charge in case that deadline is not met on your behalf. This deadline is important to us, as we pay for the products you’re ordered in advance and reserve a delivery slot for your order and plan a delivery route around it. Properly cancelled orders will be refunded to you if they were already paid for.
We will do our best to deliver on the date chosen by you during the checkout. However, we cannot accept liability for any loss in case we can’t deliver or deliver late for the reasons out of our control. In case we are not able deliver we will offer different delivery date or a refund if you have already paid.
Inspection and defective products
You must inspect the products as soon as possible during or after the delivery and notify us shortly if you find any defects. Please provide us with a photo proof of a defect by sending it by Facebook messenger, mms or email it to email@example.com. That will allow us to resolve your case quickly. We will refund you or replace any faulty products. If the delivery driver is still at your address when you notice faulty items, please let them know and they will remedy it immediately by issuing a refund or arranging a replacement delivery. After you have been granted replacement or a refund you can discard of defective products.
We will not issue a refund or replacement should a product be damaged by your miss-use, neglect or accidents while the products were in your possession.
Not ready to eat
You need to wash all of our fruit and vegetable products prior to eating or cooking as they are not ready to eat, unless stated otherwise on the packaging.
Customers are advised to store eggs in a refrigerator after purchase and adhere to use by date provided
We handle nuts, celery and celeriac.
It is your responsibility and cost to acquire means to connect to the website such as computer, broadband etc.
Our website should be up and running near all the time, however we may require halting the service to allow maintenance, upgrade or repairs. We cannot guarantee that the service will be free of faults. Please report any faults you encounter to us and we will do our best to resolve those shortly. You are free to cancel your registration at any time online or by contacting us by email or phone. However, if you do so, you will not be able to use our online services.
On reasonable grounds, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel any accepted order or your registration if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms and Condition.
If you can cancel your registration let us know if any of your active orders should be finalised. You need to let us know 2 full days before delivery is due for order to be cancelled. We reserve the right to deliver and charge should this deadline not be met.
