Pak Choi is another Chinese-like cabbage that is used mainly in Asian-style cooking such as stir-fry. It has a really unique texture that I think is rather ‘bowl’ shaped and holds sauce well. It also has a nice crunch to go perfectly with others vegetables and as a cabbage is also very healthy.
